Welcome to our Professional Headshot & Podcast Studio! Nestled in a cozy basement location near Morgan State University, our studio offers a thoughtfully designed environment for capturing high-quality content. With a focus on natural tones and modern, clean design, this creative space is divided into three distinct areas to cater to diverse needs. The living room-style setup includes a comfortable couch, perfect for relaxed conversation-style podcasts or shoots. The tabletop conversation area features two stylish chairs, ideal for close-up dialogues. And, for sharp and professional portraits, the headshot area provides a dedicated, minimalist backdrops.
Additional amenities include a private bathroom and a convenient dressing room to ensure a seamless, comfortable experience.
Please note: accessing this studio requires going down a flight of steep stairs, making it unsuitable for individuals with limited mobility.

Our studio is equipped with (3) lights, (2) mic stands, (2) microphones, and a two-port auto interface. You will need to bring your own video equipment.
CAMera Equipment
Our headshot studio is equipped with (1) stool, (3) lights, (1) backdrop stand, (4) fabric backdrops (white, black, gray, and green).
Shooting Areas
The Lush Studios offers three shooting areas. These areas include a living room setting, Tabletop Setting with two chairs, and a photography backdrop area.

Studio Rules
By appointment only. Please always maintain a professional atmosphere, and treat the space with care and respect.
Checking In & Out
Your booking starts and ends promptly at the time booked. You will not be able to enter the studio prior to your booking. You must book extra setup and break down time in advance. You will be required to end your shoot at least 10-15 minutes before your booking ends. Any booking that runs late will be charged an additional $25 for every 15-minute.
Limited Studio Access
This is a basement studio and is not handicap accessible. Accessing the studio requires going down a flight of steep stairs, making it unsuitable for individual with limited mobility.
Registered Guest Only
You must be 25-years or older to book the studio. Proof of age is required. 4 guest maximum.
Sign Waiver
All guests must sign a waiver before arriving to the studio. No exceptions.
No Pets
No pets of any kind are allowed. No exceptions.
No Shoe Policy
No shoes are to be worn inside the studio area. You may wear shoes while shooting.
No parties or events
This is a headshot and podcast studios, not an event space.
No smoking & No Drugs
No smoking or vaping of any kind in or on the property. Absolutely no drugs. Violators will be prosecuted.
No mail or packages
No mail or package deliveries.
